On the basis of the information you have given me, it would seem
that you are academically qualified to enter the PhD programme in
Philosophy at UCD. I would advise you to make a formal
application which will then be considered by the PostGraduate
Committee of the Department at the appropriate time.

There is no need to come to Ireland for an interview, unless you
yourself would like to do so.

Your background looks very interesting (I myself teach a course on
Wittgenstein, focusing expecially on the On Certainty) and my PhD
thesis was on Newman!
