Who is campaigning for a No-No vote?
Political party Aontú has advocated for a No-No vote.
Other groups which are advocating for a No-No vote on the basis that it would remove constitutional protection for mothers include the Iona Institute, Family Solidarity and The Christian Solidarity Party.
A group of lawyers, named ‘Lawyers for No’, is advocating for a No-No vote on the basis that the proposed changes would lead to “major uncertainties” in relationships and would have consequences in family, tax and property law, they said.
